About

I am a school psychologist and board-certified behavior analyst whose research, teaching, and service span multiple domains. My work emphasizes therapeutic assent, ethics in applied practice, neurodiversity-affirming care, and interventions that support positive school climates. I also design and deliver continuing education content for practicing behavior analysts and related professionals, ensuring access to evidence-based and ethically grounded training opportunities.

Beyond past academic appointments, I collaborate with practitioners, agencies, and districts to promote the ethical use of behavioral interventions and to train educators in effective strategies. My continuing education work includes creating more than 30 CEU courses for practicing behavior analysts and authoring a widely used 40-hour RBT training curriculum. I regularly present at national and international conferences, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and consult with organizations seeking to improve behavioral and psychological services in schools.
